I have been asked to POLL our ABL GM's on this subject.
When ABL was launched, it launched with player ratings on the 20-80 scale.
Simple POLL. Do you prefer 20-80 or a move to 1-10?

We never were 1-100. The ABL has been 20-80 since the beginning. The ONLY 1-100 was the actual player rating/potential instead of Stars.

On the record, i prefer 1-10. That isn't the same thing as saying 1-10 is BETTER than 20-80. That is not my reasoning. I just PREFER 1-10 and I am comfortable in viewing my talent through that prism. There is enough fog of war in 1-10 that isn't 'easy' and the look and feel of it is easy on these old eyes. I understand the opposite side of the discussion if someone prefers the 20-80. I will move forward which ever rating scale we use moving forward. @derek, see the can of worms you opened by starting the league as 20-80? lol

I really prefer 20-80. It mimics real life and now that I deal with statistics in my daily job, it actually makes more sense to me (Google t-scores).
Also, people sometimes don't realize that there is no true mid point 1-10! That would drive me crazy!

Seems quite clear at this time that 20-80 is the choice. Thanks for the votes and input.
