Getting a bit worried about CHISOX as he has not exported since Dec 16. I'll assume holidays are the issue, but need to hear soon??


Some back-end changes I would like to make to cut down on the game file size. The Commissioner never has to d/l, only upload after each sim. The file has grown by quite a bit this season again (personally I think faster than expected) and during the off-season it might be a good time to tweak a few things.

This will not affect gameplay at all of course and much of this comes from exchanging info with other Commissioners.

Please be familiar with the Rules before you get too deep into Free Agency, so that your contracts conform.
And remember, you essentially cannot sign any player on a minimum contract to any sort of extension. You must now wait for arb to offer one-year.
