Joe is the latest to go. As a Jays fan, I have to hate the Yankees, it's the law! 
But wow!
The number of Managers that make it to the post-season, yet get the axe is rather amazing this season.
Clearly the OOTP game feature of the GM being the one to get fired is unnecessary! They never feel the blade!
